interesting design

Everyday we pass by this and wonder what is this for... For a student it is just noise pollution as it seems like the drillin never ends..... I think they are building this for expressway or mrt... but this is a kindna interestin design isn't it?

I guess the designer stay somewhere near Lim chu kang.. or somethin sad just happened? Dog just passed away or something? or this structure looks kindna familiar...Kindna errie ah... beside national museum and @ nite we go home still must wait for bus beside this....
