How do we make Mojito?

Tessa intro us to this minty drink last year.. it wasn't very good.. so i asked my bartender fren exactly how to do it... it was fun... i might try it next weekend when my presentations are done..

so what is mojito?
Mojito (pronounced mo-HEE-toe) is a traditional Cuban cocktail which became quite popular in the United States during the late 1890s. Ernest Hemingway was fond of the mojitos at La Bodeguita del Medio in Havana, though his recipe has no sugar.

ok..
first you need brown sugar.. cause it smells better... and a shot of soda water.. then you mix the soda with the sugar until it slighty disloved...

Then you add like 3 pieces of lime wedges... and use a spoon to squeez and burst the pulp..

Take a big bunch or mint leaves hit it and add it into the cup..

add rum

then garnish with mint leaves and lime..

hmmm.. nice refreshing summer drink.. great for bbq...
