I watch 3 kingdoms last night. Apparently, the story has been twisted badly by this show. In the show zhao zi long ( Zhao yun ) died due to his brother ( Luo ping an) but in fact he didn't die that way la. He died due to old age. There is no such person is ping an.

From wiki: Guan Yu was executed by Sun Quan after Sun's generals Lü Meng and Lu Xun collaborated with Cao Cao's Forces to attack Jingzhou. Huang Zhong died in 220, possibly of illness. Zhang Fei was assassinated by his 2 subordinates due to his strict methods of discipline and affinity for wine. Liu Bei, grieved over his 2 brothers death and led a punitive expedition against Eastern Wu. Ma Chao died of an illness some years later. Only Zhao Yun died of a natural cause at the old age of 70.


In the show, Zhao zi long fought a lady cao ying , cao cao's grand daughter ( maggie Q). Cao ying foughy Zhao yun and they both draw. Simply perfect scene, a girl fight a guy then they draw, cool man. Then imagine in the ancient chinese history, a large group of army men listening to this woman. Try this in the today's boardroom then. You will be surprised~! Then the scene where cao ying keeps playing the chinese guitar is like how unrelated. In 3 kingdom, cao ying is a guy
he is in fact very smart and scheming like his grandfather but he never fight kings/lords don't fight. They give orders.

er.. I dunno why my prof in TWC asked us to do a research on chinese invention. I was cursing ans swearing. Now i know why, explosives weren’t invented during the Three Kingdoms yet! In the show, they were bombing like fireworks on national day la.

o well, I don't know much about 3 kingdom all told to me by smart gamer mr nic.. but it was a really funny show cos of the drums, dancers and the chinese guitar scenes during the war. What is the purpose I dunno but fun lar.. Can see girl fight boy.. Have fun watching..
